Account Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of account managers and other professionals to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
• Develop a thorough understanding of our clients’ business challenges and objectives to appropriately align our services.
• Establish strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact.
• Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner.
• Offer recommendations to clients on the most effective ways to achieve their business objectives through our services.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements.
• Prepare reports on account status and forecast and track key account metrics.
• Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as an Account Director, Account Manager, or similar senior role.
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
• Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel) or Google Suite. 
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple account projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
