Art Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement innovative visual solutions to enhance user experiences on websites.
• Lead creative sessions for project kick-offs; manage multiple projects from concept through completion.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes web designers, project managers, and web developers to create visually engaging concepts.
• Establish creative direction for the entire line of online services and programs.
• Supervise and inspire the creative team; generate multiple concepts for a campaign or project.
• Work with the marketing and sales departments to develop branding strategies.
• Produce sketches, storyboards, art layouts based on creative visions and ideas.
• Understand and incorporate changes recommended by the clients into the final design.
• Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, AI-generated images, and graphics developed by team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends and apply best practices in web design and user experience strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Art Director with a strong focus on digital media.
• Extensive experience with digital technology and software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Midjourney etc.)
• Knowledge of web design practices such as HTML, CSS, and responsive design is preferred.
• Strong graphic design skills, with a good understanding of typography, intuitive layouts, and powerful brand messaging through images and headlines.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and manage the creative team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• BA in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field.
