Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
• Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift strategic directions.
• Manage and train the business development team to achieve business goals.
• Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
• Analyze client feedback and market trends to develop new business initiatives and strategies.
• Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.

Qualifications:

• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing teams.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field; MBA preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
