About this Comedian Role:
We are seeking a talented and charismatic Part-Time Comedian to perform at various events and shows hosted by us. This role is perfect for a creative individual who loves to entertain and engage with diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and perform original comedy routines to entertain audiences.
- Participate in a variety of shows, including open mic nights, themed comedy nights, and special guest appearances.
- Collaborate with other comedians and event coordinators to ensure a diverse and engaging entertainment lineup.
- Adjust performances based on audience reaction and feedback.
- Participate in promotional activities, such as social media interaction and guest appearances on local media.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a comedian with a portfolio of past performances (videos or live references).
- Strong sense of humour with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
- Excellent stage presence and audience interaction skills.
- Ability to write and refine comedy scripts and routines.
- Flexible schedule, especially during evening hours and weekends.
