About this Project Manager Role:
As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of website design and development projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Your expertise will drive the success of our digital solutions, enhancing our presence in the digital marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of project tasks from conception through to completion.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Qualifications:
- Proven working experience in project management in the IT sector, specifically in website design and development.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and web design principles.
