About this Sports Coach Role:

We are looking for a passionate Sports Coach to join our team and contribute to our sports programs. This role involves coaching young athletes, designing training programs, and fostering a healthy team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and deliver an appropriate range of sports activities and programs for individuals and teams.
Undertake coaching duties at sessions, ensuring high standards of safety and coaching provision.
Monitor and enhance performance by providing tuition, encouragement, and constructive feedback.
Identify strengths and weaknesses of our staff and adjust coaching techniques as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sports Coach in [specify sport if applicable].
Strong knowledge of coaching principles, strategies, and techniques.
Certification in sports coaching from a recognized institution; additional qualifications in child development or physical education are a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire, motivate, and encourage the team.
First aid certification and experience with sports safety practices.
