Hills Pilates is a fast-expanding Pilates studio based in Kuala Lumpur. We welcomed our first student in March 2020 at our studio in Publika, and a few months later opened the doors to a second studio in Tropicana Avenue.
Step into any of our studios and immediately feel at ease. The ambiance exudes elegant simplicity, featuring a minimal colour scheme and as much natural lighting as possible.
Each room houses an assembly of specialised equipment to target different areas of the body – including the Reformer, Trapeze Table, Chair, Ladder Barrel, etc — from CarePilates, the leading manufacturer of Pilates equipment in Korea. Made from wood with a natural finish, the equipment plays a role in exercise and aesthetics, incorporating soft elements of nature into the studio for a more contemplative workout.
